What works best for me is once I wake up, to take mental notes of what in my dreams could've been signs I'm dreaming
Ex: I flew in a dream. "When I fly that means I'm dreaming."
-> next time (hopefully) "Hey I'm flying rn it means I'm dreaming!" -> triggers lucid
