I fell into the DESIGN YOUR - THEME - OC + monthly prompt challenges rabbit holes thanks to thinking about my illustration pinterest prompt board and watching PricklyAlpaca on YT's recent video on OC design challenges from social media/TT. So now I have made boards on my milanote of all of them.

"artists should charge more!" then pay them. Do comission them. tip them what u think they're worth.

Artists wont believe they are worth money until u give it to them. They know what it's like to not have much, & hope everyone can afford their art. SHOW them they CAN ask more. Don't just Tell them.

personally I am not a huge fan of this - it reminds me too much of Etsy's star seller program. Which is you make a certain amount of money/views/responses in a month and get prioritized listings in their search. It gets stressful.

i want to note that the christofascist attack on "porn" isn't actually an attempt to make the internet or the world child safe in any real way. these people abuse the fuck out of children and oppose sex education largely because it makes children able to identify and name that abuse
