Yeah, the ‘monster’ is a bit of a disappointment though, was hoping for something like the one in What A Whopper.

Secret of the Loch 1934 YouTube video by melanie swift

Watched Secret Of The Loch (1934), first movie about The Loch Ness Monster.
Best gag in it is when a reporter is trying to get a story out of one of the locals in the pub.
Mine’s a whisky.
Any particular kind?
Double.

As Nick Clegg’s in the spotlight again, here’s a short thread of the time I took his bizarre 2020 Politico photo shoot and turned them into Edinburgh posters. 1/4

I’m really happy for ex-Tory aid James Price that he has such a nice relationship with his American mother-in-law…

but frankly I don’t think that’s enough for us to be unquestioningly following Donald Trump’s America into another illegal war🤷‍♀️

Our first zine of UK comic ephemera collects together some of the most historic and attractive of the price stickers that UK comic shops have used over the last 50 years. Both a valuable record of how comics have been sold, and a potent nostalgia bomb.

As good as I remembered, with terrific performances from Anne Hathaway and Jason Sudeikis. Deserves to be much better known.

I don’t know who needs to hear Jesse Jackson leading the kids on Sesame Street in this beautiful call-and-response reminding them that every child is somebody, but here it is

As of this morning, only one of the men who was standing on the balcony of the Lorraine Motel that fateful evening is still living.

Since Brother Jesse passed at 84 this morning.

Jim Ratcliffe is a prick. I always thought he was.
He has done nothing to suggest that he is not a prick. I loathe Jim Ratcliffe and as a result I find it very hard to get behind his cycling team. He was a prick before he got into cycling. He’s always been a prick. I hope that clears things up.
