I just haven't been able to afford the time to be experimental with my art as of late and I'm yearning so hard to try new things but I have deadlines to catch and it takes too long so my brain goes 'ok, its easier to find respite in games' and the loop starts

I'm not trying to be ungrateful to the opportunities I have been given, it's more so a 'I need to learn how to pace myself better' cuz oh my god I do not predict the creative blocks my guy it just happens

Smiling through broken teeth cuz a few months ago I was like "I'm going to make sure my bday month's schedule isnt as packed so I can relax" and in turn overbooked that month like a fool... I'm considering making sure my October slots aren't as packed so I can breathe a little... orz
