An adult Ceratosaurus nasicornis caught juvenile Torvosaurus tanneri. These theropods, like an Allosaurus, were found in the famous Morrison Formation, but their remains are much less common. Despite some differences in food sources, they competed and killed each other from time to time.

I'll be re-posting a lot of my older art for a while, and this feels like one of the best to start with.
This is my Resequenced Indominus. Basically my spin on Jurassic World's Indominus rex, trying to capitalize on its strengths and undeveloped potential.
My other "Resequenced" dinosaur, Baryonyx. There's a chance I come back to this idea sometime in the future, but probably not anytime soon.
Styracosaurus, the coloration is primarily based on sable antelope.
