Ingredients:
1.5 oz. 45th Parallel Dill Aquavit 
1 oz. Gin (we loved the 45th Parallel Barrel-Aged Gin in it)
1 oz. Cornichon Brine
0.5 oz. Mulasanno Dry Vermouth
Garnish with a sprig of fresh dill + cornichon "air".

We are often asked if there is a way to recycle the leather straps found on our whiskey bottles - and the answer is YES! ๐ŸŽ‰ ๐Ÿฅƒ

We are currently taking leather straps that are stamped 2017 or later - you can find a large jar in the entryway of the 45th Restaurant and Retail Shop for easy collecting!

- Barspoon of Honey Syrup
- 5 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
- 1 Sprig of Fresh Rosemary
- 1 Orange Twist for Garnish

Directions:

1. Gather a kitchen torch or lighter, a lowball glass, and a ceramic plate. Lay the rosemary sprig on the plate, lightly burn the rosemary, and set the lowball glass over it (upside down) to let smoke gather for at least ten seconds (leave longer for a more smokey effect). 

2. Once the glass is smoked to preference, remove from the rosemary. Place one large ice cube in the lowball, followed by all liquid ingredients, and stir gently until combined.

3. Express the orange zest over the glass as you create the twist, garnish the cocktail, and enjoy!
