A (green) fairy tale β Drinksbiz Magazine β New Zealand's Premier Drinks Magazine
One of the worldβs most infamous spirits β absinthe β is flying high once again in the UK, says Sarah Miller ...
When the rest of the world was banning absinthe at the beginning of the 20th century the UK didn't bother. But we almost did at the turn of the 21st century!

BrewDog in epic forest fail
BrewDog CEO James Watt has confirmed that almost 100,000 saplings planted by the brewer in Scotland to sequester carbon have withered and died.
MCC cites @brewdogofficial.bsky.social's disastrous "lost forest" as proof of "sustainable" credentials. Presumably their revoked BCorp status, after an investigation into a toxic work culture, doesn't matter for official partners @homeofcricket.bsky.social www.thedrinksbusiness.com/2024/04/brew...

There are lots of glasses in this picture. They all contain an iced drink. They are all orange apart from one, which is bright yellow and the only one to have a garnish (a dried lemon wheel).
