At the NIGT today, first time I’ve got to play in a proper GT instead of running one since 2019.

Had my 3D printer just over a month now. Should have bought one years ago. Finished painting up first set of new terrain I’ve done for Expldoding Dice

Other than the shaman everything is 3D printed. The sculpts are from Avatars of War. I’ve got a bunch of their boar boys, chariots and wyverns too.

I’ve just been failing to score battle tactics so I don’t need to track them.

Got my Black Orc BSB on chariot finished along with some Wolf chariots for my Old World Nomadic Waaagh list. Some boar boys on the table this week before the new Cathay stuff distracts me.

Knocked out an Orc Shaman on a Wyvern today while following all the Old World FAQ coverage content.

Need to start all those black Orcs next.

They’ve had to rework Kislev cos Putin wasn’t happy with his playtest copy.

Loving reading some of the massive overreaction and salt regarding the new Grand Cathay rules.

But my single favourite Facebook comment has to be: “GW are trying to appease the Chinese government” 😂

I luckily happened to make a bunch of cabbage transports for some narrative scenarios we played recently!

I can honestly say, with no hint of irony, that I’m really looking forward to getting my hands on the book to read the story and looking at all the amazing new art.

Just setup my first 3D printer (FDM). Sitting watching it run through the calibration process has already been entertainment enough to justify the cost.

Couple of months ago I took the decision to make some big lifestyle shifts, changed doctor and started some new medication.

Since April I’ve now lost 26kg in weight (57lbs), I have a load more energy and feeling super positive.

Long way to go but feeling proud of myself so thought I would share.

I was at the club playing Old World last night when all the info broke. Looking forward to catching up with it all today.

Getting pretty sick of trees now but got these finished up to add to diversify the clubs collection of foliage.

Postman just delivered the new Square Based Foray scenario cards for Old World.

Super premium feel to these.

It’s been brought up in committee meetings before but it’s yet to pass for a couple of reasons.

But if I get one I can print stuff for the club if it covers the materials cost.

I’m actually thinking more of going PLA for terrain and accessories like movement trays etc

I haven’t got the space/ventilation in my tiny flat to really do resin properly I think.

My finger is hovering perilously close to the “buy now” button on my first 3D printer…

Starting to go through old club terrain to try and spruce it up a bit. Give it a new lease of life.
