Right now, it’s all but impossible to sue federal agents when they violate your rights — unlike local police, who can be sued.

Today, the Senate votes on my bill to allow people to sue federal agents, not just local police.

We’ve had enough.

Hegseth said ICE are “patriots.”

Noem lied that Pretti threatened agents with a gun.

This regime is rotten to the core. It needs to be removed root & branch.

Trump’s untrained Gestapo thugs murdered an ICU nurse in cold blood — a US citizen who worked at the VA & had no criminal record. He had a permit to carry & didn’t draw the gun. They simply murdered him.

They must be prosecuted. They must be accountable. The impunity must end.

Trump’s thugs shot & killed again in Minneapolis. They’re creating chaos & there’s no accountability — they don’t investigate & it’s almost impossible to sue.

It’s why I’m advancing the No Kings Act — vote next week — to let people sue federal agents for violating their rights.

When ICE agents can rip children from their families without accountability, that’s not law enforcement, that’s abuse of power.
