Our local Dem leadership is now saying to support rural communities when they have NEVER showed up for us.

Went to my yearly conference WPPI, in Las Vegas this last week. While I love the conference, my highlight was getting sunburnt at the Bernie and AOC rally!
I didn't know they were in town until @melissa-vr.bsky.social told me at the closing night party.
The energy here was so amazing!

For the last two years, Clark County Pride and I have been fighting the La Center school district on it’s policy about outing trans kids to their parents.
The person leading the charge received a letter from WSDA today stating that the district MUST change their policy!!
WE DID IT!

About this time two years ago, I finished chemo. HOWEVER, I’m still getting some weird nerve responses in my legs. Like restless legs, but all day AND night.
