A meme from kids TV show Arthur, where the original is DW is staring a "keep out" sign on the door and says "this sign can't stop me because I don't know how to read."

It's been edited to note that DW is Professor Tangrowth, the sign says "Explicit notes left by humans about what happened and why they're all gone" and DW/Professor Tangrowth says "I wonder where the humans are. Too bad idk how to read."

Pokopia has that magical Nintendo thing that I think is a result of institutional knowledge and tons of playtesting, but to the player results in a feeling of being deeply and truly known and anticipated as a human animal, in all of your weird inchoate wants and needs.

So…the knightling. I haven’t played much of it yet, computer ate a brick, but I love him so much. Expect more of that cutie patootie squire.

And yes, of course my sona gets a new form to match the world.

He’s so cute…

The Knightling on Steam The Knightling is an open world, action-adventure where you play as an aspiring knight in search of their missing mentor, Sir Lionstone. Equipped with only a legendary shield, you’ll brave your way th...

If we had to #TeaseYaGame for The Knightling, the original idea literally came from a one-sentence shower thought about "a knight with a shield instead of a sword" and we made that into a whole game which you can now play on Steam, Xbox, and Ps5!

'Hoppers' Pops With $46 Million At The Box Office As 'The Bride' Is Ready For A Divorce Hoppers gave Pixar and Disney a massive win with $46 million at the U.S. box office, while The Bride inevitably scared up just $7.2 million

Hoppers dominated at the box office with the biggest opening for an original animated movie since Coco in 2017, with $46 million. Maggie Gyllenhaal's The Bride bombed with just $7.2 million. And did Scream 7 have a 72% drop? You bet it did

From Circana's PlayerPulse - US video game player sentiment around the use of generative AI is worsening. In December 2025, over 25% of players said the use of generative AI would lead them to refuse or be less likely to buy a game.

Reposting because in my first try I words up my mixed.

A screenshot from The Knightling. The protagonist is in front of a wondrous fantasy castle.

Does a video game aimed at a younger audience deserve less recognition than their more mature counterparts? It certainly seems that way, but it shouldn't.

The Knightling has a juvenile vibe, but it's still a rich open world with heart.

Accidentally hit the soft reset ABXY combination in LeafGreen and lost 2.5 hours of gameplay. Can't say that I'll play any more now, what an astonishing feature to have on by default

In 2019, I created #WhatAGameDevLooksLike after I was stopped by security 3(!!) times while picking up my speaker badge. I’m a small Asian woman with pink hair, and I guess I didn’t visually meet their expectations of a speaker.

Ironically, I was at GDC to speak about inclusive studio cultures. 🫠

BREAKING: PlayStation is shutting down Bluepoint Games, the studio responsible for modern remakes of classic games such as Demon's Souls and Shadow of the Colossus, Bloomberg News has learned.

A shocking end for a well-respected studio.
