Oh absolutely! Gut feelings aren't super reliable for this, although they shouldn't be completely discounted either. That's why I think thinking about the pacing of it and having a good balance is important.

But honestly the thing I should really work on is probably giving folks more of a heads up for what's coming next

Experimenting a bit with auction times and funnily enough I'm finding that I have the same issue when times are too long or too short: I feel like the yelling about them gets too intense 😂 better find a good middle ground
