I do have a reserve comic idea of this related theme where Sentinel got on heat & the Headmaster took his body once again & it just led to cons fucking his "body" while the Headmaster get stuck & confused on what's going on. Meanwhile decapitated head Senti be moaning remotely.

I think what it'll count as necro/gore for me is the context & details. The decapitated Sentinel head's context was presented as humor in the show & it lacks the visual detail of pain & parts hanging out, let alone blood. So it was easier for my taste.
