replacing the transfer line from the LC to the MS and a new IonOptick column fixed the problem for a lab I’m rotating in. Maybe the threading of the column is off?
That’s so lovely! I wrapped up my first time teaching a general chemistry lab and I got a note from one of students saying he enjoyed lab so much he wants to major in STEM :)
