The past couple of weeks I've been rereading a lot of Cat Sebastian's queer historical romance books and it seems to have gotten me out of a bit of a funk wanting to redesign those photoshopped mass market paperback covers, lol.

I felt like posting some WIP today because I keep starting drawings and then not finishing them. The inspiration to experiment hits, then disappears before I'm done, but it's nice to at least be drawing SOMETHING again.

Has anyone ever taken their alt text for an art piece and put it into an image generator just to see what it comes up with? There's a 50/50 of you feeling amazing about your own art or incredibly depressed and inferior to our robotic overlords.

All of them? The shopkeepers, the nuns, the workers, the peasants? The people's who's names we don't even know because there were that many who were pointed at one day and murdered the next? The French Revolution isn't some heroic period. It was terrorism.

There were hundreds of people who were executed in just over a month because people were angry. Cartloads of people were hauled to the guillotine a day. They weren't all noble, and they weren't all rich. And what happened to the instigator of it all? He ALSO ended up with his head taken off.

Justice...except for the people who were killed just for being born into the wrong family. There's a reason it's called the Reign of Terror.

My therapist told me "write letters to the people you hate and burn them." Dude that, but now I don't know what to do with letters.
