Kerapac is gonna happen more often maybe

Kerapac has a stomping attack in the first three phases of his fight, and I time by toe-wriggle.

It works.

An anthropomorphic seal with slightly tanned skin that gets paler where his clothes cover him as well as on his massive wide palms. He's wearing a large yellow long-sleeved shirt with a large anchor motif rendered in navy, which is also the color of the shirt's sleeves, collar, and hem, as well as the seal's beanie and sandals. He has a mop of curly light-brown hair poking out from under his at which matches the color of his shorts. He's also wearing clear-rimmed glasses and holding a newspaper-cone of fish and chips.

Harbor Island used to be a fairly important trading hub and rest stop for cargo ships, but now it's only relevant as a minor tourist trap. However, it makes for some good people-watching, as Harboy will tell you.

(And some good eating, on rare occasions...)
