This is funny. When you get called out for your completely optional spending habits, there’s no ethical consumption, but when people don’t want a fascist in charge, suddenly you have ethics.

Clinton had over 3 million more votes in the primary in 2016 than Sanders. 16.6 million to 12.8 million. Only 14.52% of eligible voters actually bothered to vote in that primary.

The Bernie Bros turned a lot of people off from voting for him in the primary. I didn’t vote for him in the primary for the 2016 elections, either. It had nothing to do with suppressing the vote. People historically don’t show up for primaries.

You do get to pick the candidate. In the primaries. (Except Kamala). The problem is, people don’t show up to vote in the primaries, and then complain about the candidate that is chosen for them by the people who did bother to vote in the primaries.

I really can’t tell anymore whether people on the far left are really that naive, or whether Bluesky was invaded by trolls. Because this is exactly how we lost the last time. Bots started all kinds of divisive narratives on Twitter and FB, and unicorn chasers and purity voters just fell for it.
