Imogen and Laudna from Critical Role in a reinterpretation of Hayez' "The Kiss". Imogen is leaning into Laudna, as they kiss, both gently caressing each other's faces. Laudna is wearing a dark purple satin dress, with red accents, while Imogen is wearing a burgundy cape.

Achilles and Patroclos, standing next to each other in front of a raging fire. Achilles is outfitted for battle and looks wistfully into the distance, while Patroclos ties some laces of his armor, also looking sad. Behind them and above there's the mosaic of a warrior in his chariot.

I picked "The Song of Achilles" by Madeline Miller, and my goal was to capture a similar bittersweet tone as the novel has.

A short lived villain but a memorable one for me: belligerent, surprisingly smart and sort of tragic figure, a rogue who had nothing, sold his friend for a dilapidated castle which he never commanded, but died in.

A traditional illustration featuring a Lorwyn elemental. Lorwyn elementals are hybrids made up of all kinds of different animals and shapes, in this case the head of a dolphin, forearms of an iguana, body of a dolphin, body and wings of a dragonfly, body and wings of a bird and the tail of a dolphin. We see the creature partially under and partially out of the water as it breaches the surface.

And finally "Subterfuge", the fourth card I did for the Lorwyn Eclipsed set!

I've been using mtgpics.com for a while now, highly recommend it!

A little fairy with thorns for hair wielding a spear, their black rabbit steed carries flowers, sticks and a secondary faerie head with a frozen expression.

I've been enjoying CR's campaign 4 so much that I HAD to draw these little head-swapping fairy guys. Brennan balances whimsy with political intrigue so well that I can see myself drawing more characters from his wonderful world in the future.
