Looks delicious! I’ll have to give it a try! Yes- classic Irish colcannon uses cabbage (or kale) where the recipe you shared uses dandelion greens or chard to shake up the traditional recipe

I think cooking thrives off creativity and baking requires more structure/patience which are not my biggest strengths. But I used my 🧠 to pick someone who is a great baker and made this awesome chocolate cake for me tonight
