I wish the State of Alaska would have to answer to my deceased sister’s children when they ask for something to eat and the pantry is bare. I’m heartbroken that they worry about food.

One day I was crossing the street and an SUV honked at me because they had to slow down and wait for me to cross. I was pissed. I stopped in the middle of the road and flipped the driver off. I had blisters all over my feet and an inflamed tendon in my foot on disfigured leg from walking.

As someone who has been hit by a truck as a child sitting on a parked ATV, I agree.

I was in a total loss collision a few years ago and lived in an area of the city that did not have public transportation. With a disfigured leg and at 1,000 ft elevation, I walked to get groceries and check my mail.
