#ILD are increasingly used to reshape theories and methods in #AppliedPsychology and #OrganizationalScience. To make our research field more credible, it is critical to strengthen the #transparency & #reproducibility of our data pre-processing and data analysis procedures!

💡Finally, our illustrative example based on an #ESM protocol with 211 office workers provides support to the validity of the strain and buffer HPs of the #JobDemandControl model at the job task level.

📈 Each step is concretely applied to an #opendataset and accompanied by #opensource #R code. Moreover, we implement a #multiverse approach to highlight the importance of these steps for the quality of the final dataset and the robustness of the resulting conclusions.

💻These were designed especially for #AppliedPsychology scholars with varying expertise in complex #DataManipulation, including temporal synchronization and merging of multiple datasets, data cleaning, centering procedures, and level-specific psychometrics.
