Why does the boss’s son get to get away with doing nothing and having 400 unfiltered pieces of mail and yet I get in trouble for not realizing someone needed a translator for a client that was the boss’s son until it got transferred to me!?

There are technically three case managers working right now but for the last two weeks it’s just been me by myself and I’m getting so sick of it.
