My personal favourite is spark. I use it on android and windows but it does have clients for iOS and macOS. It has a paid tier but in my usage, it's not needed for most people. It doesn't ask you to upgrade a lot either. Just once when you log in and you can just say "continue with free"

Android does have theft protection, and some phones like the Pixels support offline finding like iPhones. I'm not sure about account locking but I think I've seen something similar on my phones when force resetting them. Tho, I think it's a bit easier to bypass with some knowledge.
