It's called UV cut flat (matte) and it says flat on the can.

Unless they've changed it since I last bought it they are different. I've used both and the flat was much better for what I needed it for. I wish I could find my can to send a picture 😅

Do you know if they do the flat one? That one works like a dream on vinyl 🥰
