As for actual microphones, I'm sorry but I'm just as stuck as you for them since I use my headphone mic 😭
You can record on your laptop with audacity, it would let you skip having to put them on a drive to import them there
Like I said, a headphone mic can work in the meantime though you may have to make sure audacity is picking up from your microphone directly rather than through your laptop
what's your current set up? how do you export your audio to your pc and edit it? for now, even the mic from earphones might be okay
