Super creative character design! Is she a snail and the skull her shell?

In my humble opinion, this blending makes me more think of a small fly-like creature, which wouldn't do your majestic characters or artworks justice.
I think fairy lizards are a good general name, I can't come up with a good alternative rn 😅
