Hey, I'm in "manopause". Night sweats, etc. my weight gain was partially endocrine related too. And my meds didn't help either.

Dr. asked if i wanted anything for the lowered testosterone. H-Bomb said she would divorce me if i even thought about it. 🤣

Snacks=grapes. Full stop. If i feel hungry, i drink a glass of water first. That's really the only major change other than getting off my duff

Paying attention to what i eat and regularly exercising. I was 30lbs over my usual 20lbs overweight so I'm trying to at least get back to that baseline
