年始に親類が糖尿病で亡くなってしまって、
今では病院でもキットでも血糖値は測れますが、
数値化できてもゆっくり食べるとか、適度に歩くとか、
生活習慣(食生活、早食い、運動不足、心持ち)をストレスなく"予防"という言葉も忘れるくらい楽しくやってく道はなかろうかと模索してます。
イイヤンさんはあちこち動き回られてるので大丈夫かと思われますが、冷/温ではない常温の飲み物とかもいいかもです ( ͡º ꒳ ͡º)
