Healthcare as a publicly traded commodity is the problem. I don’t invest in my neighbors inability to access the healthcare they need, but he does.

A few years ago my overloaded peach tree offered me the chance to dry peaches for peach ginger tea. It’s so good. Just the thing for a cold evening.

I guess it only applies to urban folks.

My dad always said farmers were heavily dems until republicans paid them to leave their fields fallow. Getting paid to not work turned them into republicans. I had a neighbor whose father bragged that he could earn over $100K by leaving wetland he once, in a drought, tilled and planted fallow.

Braising in a Dutch oven works well too. Any acid will tenderize tougher cuts of meats. I prefer to use a combination of wine, Worcestershire sauce, and tomato paste.

I feed a black stray. He hides in the shadows when other people are around. If it weren’t for his eyes you’d never see him there.

This is my take on my morning coffee consumption.

We raise our own turkeys, so I part them out. The breast sections I like to baste with either miso or gochujang and roast. Spicy turkey is awesome. The leftover sandwich meat is soon gone. I’ve even taken pulverized dried tomatoes mixed with either and made a roulade. Also quickly consumed.

I won’t hold my breath. Republicans never do what’s right.

She voted for a man who abused other women? Yeah, I got no sympathy for her. None.

Her neighbors did. Apparently there are more neighbors than her.

Lie lie lie. It’s all they do.

Toxic politics is how she gained notoriety to get elected.

My son has zero fear of being embarrassed. He doesn’t think like that. I find what works is me arriving with a shovel and telling him it’s him or me cleaning. Soon enough robovac can freely roam about in the room it really wants to clean.

I wonder what it is he doesn’t want me to find. Lol 😝

My oldest wanted to go see the new one. Had to tell him I never saw the previous ones.

About 20 years ago my African grey started calling all men “wh0re” completely out of the blue. A few months ago she was rambling on naming the men and saying “wh0re” after each name. Then she looked at her cage mate and said, “you’re a bird.” As if that were an insult. Parrots are crazy funny.

When my 22 year old heard 50 year mortgage he knew they were looking to go away with social security. Nobody would be retiring with a mortgage still to pay. He commented that if he bought a house now he’d be 72 at payoff.

My lemon tree is giving me bouquets this year.

No way would I want to be the person that cat decides to play shitty kitty on.

The thing people need to realize is we are not exact replicas. We all have variations. The human anatomy is actually pretty diverse.

My oldest used to sigh in disgust at my joking. Then one day his friends told him I was really funny. I was stricter than all the other parents, but they always wanted to hang at my house. One day he told me I was actually pretty fun. Time changes perspectives.

When my youngest was 10 people started commenting, “aren’t you a little old?” He’s always been averaged height, so WTF! The next year he told me he thought he was too old.

Well for one we won’t be paying for healthcare CEOs, so that’s hundreds of millions of dollars not needed to be funded. 🤔
