It's simple and quick.
It's for 2 mid size apples ^^
Important to use a silicone paper.
I use the one big aluminium form 23 sm.
Liquid dough - like yogurt.
You must save the foam texture, flour is mixed in with a spoon.
You can add baking soda, but I don't.
Very quick pie.
Cut apples your way or bigger and pun in form.
3 eggs, 3-4 tablespoons of sugar, a bit of salt, beat with a mixer until foamy. Carefully add flour 3/4 of 200g glass. I like whole grain.
Pour the dough over the apples. 20 minutes at 200° and ready.
Yes, I turned it over to cool. It's bottom side. Have no the photo of the upper side. It looks much beautiful ^^

I tried to make something similar, your looks better. I think main problem it's apple juice. Maybe apples should be pre drying somehow.
