No, they cannot. They can't as their assigned gender at birth because they no longer qualify as that gender ( and are subject to harassment by their own teammates), and they can't as the gender they identify with because of the laws. So, your assertion is not true.

I'm sorry, what part of "any care" do you not understand? They are permitted to deny care of any kind to trans people. Any care. Because apparently, they are afraid that transgender people are contagious, I don't know. But they are permitted to refuse to see them at all.

There are a couple of US states that have passed laws that specifically allow medical practitioners to refuse to treat transgender people. They also allow pharmacists to refuse to serve them. It's not about doing anything a patient wants. It's about refusal to provide care at all.

Look at Articles 1, 3, 6, 7, 12, 16, 22, 23, 24, 25, and 27, then te me the restrictions placed on transgender individuals don't violate these.

Some are not allowed to use a public restroom that matches their gender ID. Some are not allowed to participate in sporting events. In some states in the US, they can be denied medical care. In some US states, they can be denied any services.
