The moment that you switch from being a producer of ideas to a simple transfer mechanism for ideas.
If all you are is a transfer mechanism for what the LLM "knows", then you can be replaced by tooling that transfers faster than you can.

Programmers, the whole reason you are paid is because they're buying your thinking skills and the potential that you will grow with experience to have highly valuable thinking skills.
The second you offload all of your thinking to LLM's is the moment you are limited to what the LLM is capable of.

Oh jeez I stayed up until 4 am watching critical role's special wrap up of all 3 campaign stories and the end of the era. It was so good but now today's sleep cycle is so screwed lol

5e is fun for my players but it's been a struggle to make combat that doesn't feel too easy or too hard. That said I did make some custom water elemental dragons that they really seemed to enjoy fighting and which got them near, but not to, a TPK. So maybe I'm getting better at 5e combat design.

For the next campaign I run I'd like to either run something where combat balance doesn't matter, or where building balanced encounters is easier. Aka either Fabula Ultima or Lancer or something along either of those lines.

What the heck! I bought a star map and it lists HIP 33226 and Wolf 294 as 2 separate stars but in reality they are 2 names for the same star from what I can tell 😠. What is going on...
