Yes, Elaryn found a cure that transfers a Warden's Blight to a spirit. She brought it to Weisshaupt, started a teensy civil war over making it accessible, then went south with like-minded Wardens to form the Wardens of the Peace, a faction less bound by tradition for tradition's sake.

Daeron wandered the deep roads for years to find The Architect again. He believed that finding him and his knowledge of The Taint could lead to a breakthrough. It is unknown if he’s still alive, the best hopes of Morrigan are that he is an Awakened Darkspawn now.

I am writing the Wardens as being against Alyss searching for a cure (for reasons) and therefore she goes at it alone and meets a lot of resistance from Weisshaupt. When she comes to Skyhold during DAI she has loose threads but no answers quite yet. With Morrigan's help she does find a cure by DAV.
