I had measles the old-fashioned way. Got MMR as a teen because of a weird family history of AMAB relatives hospitalized with mumps as adults decades after exposure as infants.

Late-diagnosed, level 1.* autistic people like me make up a significant percentage of the "growing epidemic" numbers cited, even though both MMR and tylenol were not available when we were tots.
