Today I realised that DeFi is just an attempt to bring the horrible real-world finance system to blockchains. Why don't we learn from mistakes?

I'm certain the world won't stop if the team takes a day off from time to time to just do something nice together. My personal favourite activity is hiking

Some teams get that eventually, but why wait until it happens on its own (it might not) instead of dedicating time to that explicitly? Having genuine talks and experiences together makes a huge impact, and much sooner

I believe a team is more than just a group of skilled people working on the same problem. Team members need to feel comfortable with and trust each other, reveal their weaknesses and strengths without fear, be humans and even more so see their teammates as humans

I appreciate Bluesky much more now

In the ideal world running planning maps are updated with information about construction sites and stuff like that. So far I haven't seen it anywhere (understandably so)
