John Brown Lives hosted an Awesome Patriotic event called “Loving Our Country” at Heaven Hill Farm in Lake Placid! Thank you to the students and faculty from SUNY Plattsburgh, and to Martha Swan for building programs that sow UNITY.

In cooperation with many other critical businesses, White’s Farm Supply plays a critical role in keeping North Country farms running, and strong farms mean food on the table for every family in our region.

Jeff is opening a new farm equipment dealership in Canton, just off Route 11, and it will be a major boost for our regional economy.

Great meeting yesterday with Jeff White, owner of White’s Farm Supply, a multi generational family business.  

We talked about the impact of tariffs on our farmers and the importance of investing in, and supporting our local communities.

Today’s news that the Ogdensburg hospital is in danger of closing is a perfect example of how Washington and Albany are broken. They don’t know how badly we need healthcare, and they continue to play partisan games.

A big thank you to my friend Connie Jenkins and her team at the Canton Church and Community Food Pantry.  Every day they are providing food for the North Country.  Please remember to support your local food pantry.  Week after week more and more families are signing up for support.

Big win for Salem, NY!

Hudson Headwaters’ new Salem Family Health center is now open — full primary care, pediatrics, behavioral health, lab services, and a teaching kitchen with free “Kitchen RX” classes.

Our farmers are struggling, it’s no secret. Why? Because of tariffs and the disastrous trade war with China. It’s time to send a farmer to Congress, one who will protect North Country residents.

Looming affordability crisis set to hit Americans with health insurance through work It’s a perilous combination for 165 million people with employer-sponsored health insurance. Premiums are rising, while yearly pay raises shrink.

In less than two months, New Yorkers across the North Country will have to pay a lot more for healthcare. We need Congress to extend ACA subsidies. Unfortunately, Congresswoman Elise Stefanik is too busy running for Governor. www.politico.com/news/2025/11...

Agriculture is the number one industry in Upstate NY and the North Country.  We had a great get together with farmers like myself at Woody Hill Farm in Salem, NY.  We discussed issues like labor shortages, healthcare, inflation, immigration and solar power to name a few.

Great news! The Senate has unanimously passed the Whole Milk for Healthy Kids Act, that reinstates whole and 2% milk into school lunches! This is great for kids and farmers throughout the North Country!!

Basketball season is here in the New York State Public High School Athletic Association (NYSPHSAA)! Coaching youth and High School basketball has been one of the most meaningful experiences of my life — it taught me leadership, patience, and the power of investing in our kids.

Speaking with friends and neighbors about this amazing district is one of the greatest pleasures I have had in my campaign. Together we can finally send one of our own to congress to put the north country first.

Trust in government starts with transparency. I support the full release of the Epstein files because Americans have a right to the truth. Let’s end the secrecy and rebuild faith in our institutions

To every veteran who stepped forward in moments of uncertainty and carried responsibility that others could not, we offer our deepest thanks. Our nation moves forward because you chose to stand firm when it mattered most.

Today we pause to recognize the men and women who answered the call to serve. Their strength, their quiet bravery, and their unwavering commitment built the foundation of the freedoms we rely on each day.

Today, the 250th anniversary of the United States Marine Corps, we honor all who have served and sacrificed for our nation.

I’m especially thinking of my uncle, William Raymond Gendebien, a Marine pilot whose F-4B Phantom II was shot down over Quang Nam in 1965.

Started the day off with some local TV interviews and finished it off with a wonderful house visit with some great friends and neighbors! Another amazing day on the trail.

Today’s a great day! We just brought our final load of soybeans to Bourdeau Brothers. The North Country has some of the best farmers in the world! Let’s support them and elect a dairy farmer to Congress!
