I think that was the shift where Metzen's story took over, and thank god, because the most apt word I can think of to describe s1/s2 of TWW is nothingburger.

I'm jealous

I rant about my happiness with WoW mostly because the game has felt so stuck for a while now, and War Within felt like a second just-get-us-away-from-Shadowlands expansion that didn't pick up at all until the end.

However, Halazzi does not let you rub his belly or paws. Therefore, I can only award a 2/10.

I have had to look up fewer things in order to fully understand them than in the past.

I'm actually doing my professions for once and enjoying them instead of looking at them as another bar to eventually fill.

Prey is simple and another thing to spice up and get more rewards from daily tasks.

I have never been happier to have gone into my own world and just leveled and explored completely on my own for the first several days. I haven't had youtubers telling me what I should be upset about and I'm happier for it, whether I agree or not.

My opinion of WoW hasn't been higher in a long time, tbh. Great main story, zones that look amazing, good gameplay, max level gearing that isn't cumbersome and doesn't feel like a chore.

It's only the beginning expac, but this has so much promise!
