If you skip the skill-building, reading, writing, and learning that comes during college by taking shortcuts and using AI to complete assignments/work, then you WILL be vulnerable to being replaced by AI. Build your skills NOW and inoculate yourself.

I think more important than using it "efficiently" is using it "ethically". Similar to how it is improper to cut and paste from Google and present it as your own, we can't allow AI to do the thinking for us.
