We're hearing they're targeting installation for next year.

On Wednesday, a pedestrian was struck and killed by a box truck on Morgan Ave near Cooper Park.
Members of the community are gathering tonight for an emergency action in response to this tragedy - both to honor the life lost and to call on the city to take urgent steps to make Morgan Ave safe.

The Committee previously reviewed the DOT’s 2022 plans for the bike lane on Ashland Place, as well as the 2023 revision. We believe the 2022 plan should be revisited in order to improve bicycle, pedestrian, and vehicular safety at the SE corner of Ashland and Lafayette and the block between Lafayette > Hanson Place which connects across Flatbush and Atlantic to 4th Avenue.
On Wednesday, the full @bkcb02 voted to recommend @nyc-dot.bsky.social and @CMCrystalHudson complete the 2-way protected bike lane on Ashland Pl! There is broad community support for this project, and we are happy cb2 took a strong stance urging the city to close the gap!
