A piece that asks the question “what if animation was 90% cheaper” and uses as its ONLY example an AI animated YouTube series that already looks cheap as hell. Like, 95% cheaper than any professional production I’ve ever seen.

With AI, you get what you paid for.

Same reason why visual artists and writers are sometimes expected to do a TON of work for free, especially in development.

This is our labour.

Ask a surgeon to operate on you for free, and see what they say. Or a baker, to give you free bread before you can decide if you like bread.
