The defamatory statements Zaum gave to PMG about myself and Dora KlindΕΎiΔ in the latest Disco Elysium follow-up story left me with no other choice than to disprove them with hard evidence. This is what really happened in Zaum between June 2022 and Feb 2024:

Do not make eye-contact with the moolaman or he will sue you next. After he's done with the Department of Education that is.
Oh and allegedly after his *wildly* successful KS campaign the moolaman also threatened to sue Kickstarter for not properly promoting it, as if any amount of promotion could have saved it.
I suggest reading through the court document on Sinishen's case. In the current context it well highlights how the moolamen can weaponize the legal system against unsuspecting people in two countries in parallel.

Seems like whether you're making games or helping the unprivileged, the cartoonish moolaman is always there, arguing that you're somehow competing with the scamcamp he's booting or the bootcamp he's scamming.
Riaz sued Sinishen a mere 15 days before launching his frivolous lawsuit (and the subsequent injunction) against me and Dora. On both occasions he claimed violation of the restraint of trade clause as the grounds for the lawsuit.
According to this judgement from High Court of South Africa, Riaz Moola convinced the court that 'Project Y' that supports disadvantaged unemployed South Africans is somehow a competitor of Hyperiondev and obtained a 12-month injunction against it's co-founder Sinishen Govender.
Last season of "Riaz and the Moolamen" ended on a cliffhanger. Who will Moola sue next on his way down, was the question on everyone's mind. I'm glad to return with an answer.
