I like this one, with the opacity if I'm really trying to convey quietness. Also not a fan of the caps switch for whispering, but I like it for uh, huh, um, etc.

I don't know if I think we've hit the ideal whisper design as a people yet. I think it could be better.

I asked a guy I know that at one point was lettering 20% of DC's books and he said "I've never even used graphic styles" so he was no help.

I've heard good things about affinity, but I'm ascared. Does it have actions?

I’m so sorry to read this, this is horrific. I’ve been crippled in other ways by careless corporate whims like this that had endless effects on my life so I’m not pleased to tell you that the bitterness never really goes away.

That's the beauty of it, as long as you have your graphic styles set up, you can run the action and then just click the graphic style to switch it over. Bam, done.

Pasting behind and then doing that, so the live text remains. If you change the text just delete the caption and hit the shortcut again, kapow.
