The 38th Anniversary of the Kings Cross fire, the tube smelt of smoke as we headed home, having no idea of the tragedy that had taken place. In that fire Lawrence S Newcombe SRN died helping another. He trained at Edgware General Hospital where our paths crossed. Never forgotten with 30 others.

Thanks, @doctoroxford for the link. Both #PalliativeCare and #MentalHealth services should be improved, and that's a good place to start. Might help making final choices easier to understand and facilitate?
