No, I am responsible for listening to my cast and having the final say. Their instincts matter.

This isn’t political, except in a personal way.
I am finding a profound depth in creating a reflection of life in a simpler kinder time.
I love my Steel Magnolias cast.
I am gaining wisdom, not from age, but from collaborating and listening and growth.

I am directing this play that feels frivolous (Steel Magnolias) and also know that under this regime, people who need insulin may die, and our woman space is SO not respected, and I just can’t.

I think I am just learning the meaning of syncophants, and how disgusting that can be…

I took the new year suggestions of my Feng Shui advisor and made it happen, mostly. Terez will close the gaps of my questions.
I went to Improv and released fear.
I made a really good stir fry.

I made a soup from the veggies I had on hand, some TJ’s vegetable gyoza, veggie broth I made from veggie ends, skins, and pieces, and a spicy soy sauce. Almonds and sesame seeds for protein.
