Curiouser and curiouser. Re-posts are not endorsements but may suggest I’m feeling fight-y.
Give ‘em hell, Patty.
05.08.2025 22:20 — 👍 6 🔁 2 💬 0 📌 0I’m curious too. Much of the province never cared about Ontario Place…because they don’t go there, don’t see it. Despite the obvious spending of their money it’s reno-bs. But now it’s getting into their backyards. Will they fight? Or will they contort their minds to fit the bs (again)?
03.08.2025 14:46 — 👍 19 🔁 4 💬 1 📌 1Some great points here. We need to expand the province’s protected areas as well as improve access to public waterfronts. So much of Ontario’s lakeshores are privatized and closed to the growing population.

The annoying thing about this is that women on the left are not at all silent on the subject of men getting laid.
We have been explicitly saying that we won’t fuck dudes with right wing views for years and the thing it has made men do is think we should have no rights.
I’m Canadian, and I know people who would book mini vacations to see their favourite hockey teams play there. I don’t think that will be happening when the season resumes.

Plenty of artists willingly donate their time and work designing for activists, and always have. It's not necessary to step on an increasingly struggling group in order to promote worthy causes.

Sorry to get so partisan, but that’s how I feel.
"Do both".
Anybody who knows political staffers know that they REALLY prefer that you reach out to your rep by email.
Why? Because it's easy as shit to delete an email. The rep will never even see it.
That's why you call, and mail letters that take up actual physical space.
Same here.
This is like the Berenstein-Berenstain Bears (Mandela effect) all over again, and I don’t have the mental wherewithal to contend with it right now.

that's apparently just not relevant enough to mention
A Nazi owns Twitter, right wing billionaires own the Wall Street Journal and the LA Times, and CBS is run by a right wing nepo baby who just fired one of the network’s biggest stars for criticizing Donald Trump. Here’s why America has a left-wing media bias problem.
