I’m curious too. Much of the province never cared about Ontario Place…because they don’t go there, don’t see it. Despite the obvious spending of their money it’s reno-bs. But now it’s getting into their backyards. Will they fight? Or will they contort their minds to fit the bs (again)?

Some great points here. We need to expand the province’s protected areas as well as improve access to public waterfronts. So much of Ontario’s lakeshores are privatized and closed to the growing population.
