Also, there is FEDERAL COURT precedent blocking the federal government from trying to remove criminal federal agents from state custody for state crimes.

Local police CAN arrest ICE who commit crimes that are not “necessarily and proper” for them carrying out their duties under Supreme Court precedent going back over 100 years.

The federal occupation of Minneapolis has radicalized Lowry Hill man, and a former moderate candidate for mayor, Clint Conner, who is calling for Mayor Frey to come up with a plan to use MPD to arrest "ICE criminals."

By the way, Austin Powers apparently had a child with a hobbit cause he’s now president of Argentina.

He tells Iran that if they harm any protesters, we’ll invade. And at the same time he invades a US city and kills a protester.

And if there’s a standoff because the federal agents try to block arrests, MPD should do whatever it takes. Mayor Frey should have the Hennepin County Sheriff’s office on standby and should demand that Walz get state troopers and National Guard on standby.

Can’t let this go. Need to draw up charges immediately, find the agents before they leave the state, and jail them pending hearing.

He needs to be charged with a state crime so he can’t be pardoned by Trump.

I completely agree with Mayor Frey in demanding that Trump withdraw ICE and all other of the recent surge of masked forces immediately.

He should go one step further and demand the immediate arrest by the MPD of any federal agent who fired his or her weapon.
