I don't disagree that we need to be able to move forward, working to make life more affordable, for compassion and empathy. The thing that i will always fight for is accountability and i dont believe we can "put it behind us" until there is accountability. We cant normalize this by simply moving on.

The location of the plaque that was just hung, is in a place that it will not be visible to the public. While I am thankful for this first step, our lawsuit continues until they plaque is hung in accordance with the law.

This is an important step forward, and I want to thank @libradunn1.bsky.social and @semperwry.bsky.social for their courage in fighting for this. To make sure that a future Congress doesn’t take the plaque down, we’re going to continue our litigation until the plaque has a permanent home.
