It looks unique and good in a way I do not have words for.
Hype!
We have a great sound team (@fbeckpeccoz.bsky.social) who use a mixture of foley recordings and libraries. I think mostly foley though!
Hey thanks! We are focusing on closed playtesting at the moment, but if we ever open it up to more of the community I'll be letting people know via discord and our mailing list. Jump into both or either if you haven't yet!

Today marks the 42nd anniversary of the release of Hayao Miyazaki's Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind, based on his own manga.
A fabulous environmental fable that led to the creation of Ghibli Studios.

Got a very cool feature finished today. I think it's one of my favorite little things in the game. I know this because I definitely cackled a lot when it worked.
Future fans of Innkeep lore.
I haven't done the wall staring (a few short naps here and there instead), just the basic idea of minimizing excess stimulation / distractions prior to / during the work day. The difference is night and day. Def recommend for anybody struggling with sustaining attention (everybody these days?)
Bit quiet on here recently as I've been on a self-imposed social media / internet ban during the day so I can give 100% to innkeep dev. Got to say it's been great for my focus. (Was inspired by this video by Simple Lucas.)

Confirmed that kimchi and spring onion works well in an omlette.
The bench top and shelves are all containers, storing their contents positioning in a master container array. I had to read a stripped down version of that into a sorting array, re-calculate the coordinates, then sort into a display array in order of Y position. That display array then draws.
A tricky design thing I had to solve this week: visually replicating the contents of our serving bench outside of the serving window. Everything on this bench can be dragged and dropped to practically anywhere (no pre-set slots). 1/2

Clever little budget-priced CPRG just left early access with a good launch discount, too.
A weird swampy fantasy setting, semi-real-time combat ala Vagrant Story and a cool claymation-esque art style. Also hugely undersold so far.
Go check it out, RPG folks.
Amberspire, our dice driven science fantasy city builder, will release MAY 6!

Haha yes. That's the rub.
It's good!
I regret to inform you that if you exercise more you will have -more- energy. Grrr.
It's good as always!
