Fonterra among firms linked to illegal palm plantations, claims Greenpeace The dairy giant says it will look into an allegation that some of the palm kernel extract it sells to farmers comes from plantations in Indonesia which breach the rules.

This is damning for Fonterra, and will raise alarm-bells for its big customers like Nestlé Danone and MARS who all have Zero Deforestation policies.
