Plus he’s threatened to run a candidate in the next election against anyone who crosses him. They’re way more concerned about losing their jobs, and the power that they refuse to use to defend democracy, than they are about doing what their constituents want.
Nobody, that’s the problem. He just gives the courts the big middle finger, ignores the law and does whatever he wants anyway. Congress does nothing to take back their power and just bends to his will. Until they grow a pair nothing will stop him.
